Our Locations

Each of our E3 Affiliated ASCs is located on the San Francisco Peninsula. We have centralized offices for the Business Office and Surgery Scheduling functions in San Jose and Palo Alto, respectively.

The following is a brief description of the E3 Affiliated ASCs.

Bascom Surgery Center, L.P. Bascom Surgery Center, L.P. (“Bascom”), a 2-Operating-Room (“OR”) and 1-Treatment-Room ASC is located at 3803 S. Bascom Avenue, Suite 106, Campbell, CA 95008. Bascom, which Silicon partially owns along with approximately 25 Physician Partners, focuses on the following specialties: Orthopedic Surgery, Pain Medicine, and Podiatry. A total of 1,444 procedures were performed in 2006.
Campus Surgery Center LP Campus Surgery Center LP (“Campus"), our newest acquisition, is a 3-OR and 1-Treatment-Room ASC located at 901 Campus Drive, Suite 102, Daly City, CA 94015. It is a multi-specialty ASC with approximately 8 Physician Partners. Campus opened on October 2, 2006 on the site of the former Physicians Surgery Center. E3 has extensively refurbished the ASC and upgraded the equipment. The Campus surgical volume is consistently growing and it is anticipated that over 2,000 cases in 2007 will be completed.
Silicon Valley Surgery Center, L.P. Silicon Valley Surgery Center, L.P. (“Silicon”), a 5-OR, 1-Treatment-Room ASC located at 14601 S. Bascom Avenue, Suite 100, Los Gatos, CA 95032. It is a multi-specialty ASC with 46 Physician Partners and performed 6,271 procedures in 2006.
Waverley Surgery Center, L.P. Waverley Surgery Center, L.P. (“Waverley”), a 4-OR and 2 Treatment-Room ASC located at 400 Forest Avenue, in downtown Palo Alto. Stanford Hospital and Clinics is a limited partner along with approximately 20 Physician Partners. It is multi-specialty ASC and performed 8,663 procedures in 2006.
