Silicon and Bascom have a highly trained, multidisciplinary clinical staff which includes anesthesiologists, surgeons, registered nurses, operating room technicians, radiological technicians and clinical support staff.

The Clinical Staff

Our staff works as a team to provide you personalized, individual care with a customer service focus. Since Silicon and Bascom are focused on certain medical specialties, we are able to provide a high level of well trained staff who consistently work with the same physicians. If you have any questions that our clinical staff is unable to assist you with, please ask to speak with the Director of Surgical Center Operations. Nursing care is delivered according to the guidelines and standards of the American Association of Operating Room Nursing (AORN) and the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN). The nurses are highly trained, certified in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and participate in on-site subsidized continuing education programs.

The Business Office Staff is experienced business professionals who are eager to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits for the services we provide. They will work with you, your physician and the insurance carriers to assure that billing issues are handled efficiently.

Medical Records/Surgery Scheduling Staff

We are committed to preserving your privacy. Our medical records staff protects all demographic or medical information. Our scheduling staff will work with your physician's office to arrange for your surgical procedure and ensure that the correct supplies and materials are available on the day of your surgery.
